Players joining mid-season get a dynamic multiplier (M) that starts highest at their first match and decays each time they earn points — reaching 1× once their deficit is recovered. M is calculated once at join time using the season's average yield and odds history, so it's fair and fixed. Missed votes during the window cost more than −50 (scaled by M).
